Mileage Expenses Stuck “Processing”

Can anyone help or advise please? Everything was working fine with my iOS concur app until June 1st. Since June 1st, whenever I manually add mileage on the app, the entry stays at “processing” but never processes to the point where I have to delete the entry stuck at “processing” on the app and enter via web browser. As someone who likes to keep on top of his expenses at each call, this is very frustrating. Any help please? See attached.

@CA121 this is a known issue and will be fixed with our next release of the app. I'm trying to get the release date. Have you tried creating the expense report and then adding the mileage entry directly on the report? From your screenshot it looks like you are creating the mileage entry first, then adding to a report later. If that is the case, see if my suggestion works for you.
