Removing attendee error

Hi. I am trying to remove (delete) attendees from favorites group but it gives an error when deleting certain employees. I have an employee this is happening to, so I am testing my own as well and getting same error and will not allow to remove. We've both signed out, then back in.. tried different days and different employees as there are multiple we need to remove. Still getting the error. 

Went in through an expense report and went into favorites and tried removing that way, and still won't allow to remove. Getting the error message.

The employee cannot delete attendees from the favorites list and encounters the following error message:

Resolution/Answer

To avoid getting the error message when removing attendee from favorite attendee list, you need to remove it from the Attendee Group first. Kindly follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to Profile > Settings > Favorite Attendees (under Expense Settings)
2) Click the Attendee Groups tab
3) Select the title of the Attendee Group (which the attendee you want to remove from the favorites list was added.)
4) Click Edit
5) Use the checkboxes to select or deselect attendees
6) Click Save Group

Once the attendee is removed from the Attendee Group, you can now delete it from the Favorite Attendees list:
1) Click the Attendee tab
2) Select the attendee s
3) Click Delete
 

Cause

Attendees are present in an Attendee Group.
