Removing access of Terminated employees will impact the transactional data access?

Hi,

I have a question, If we have a former employee that used Concur and we now remove their access, do we still have the ability to go in and look at historical expense reports?

@hakhan yes you do. Inactivating the profile basically doesn't allow the user to sign in any longer. All data from that user remains.
