@msm You will need to talk to someone in the Finance/Accounting department or whichever department is in charge of company cards and ask them what you need to do. The only thing I can think of is to mark all the company card charges you paid yourself as Personal expenses. That will tell the system not to send payment. But then, since you paid out of your own pocket, you would need to be reimbursed. It's likely another expense report would need to be created with all out of pocket expenses that match the company card transactions you submitted as personal. However, that is a generic solution, but I don't know what your company's policy/process is for this type of situation. I would suggest you start by speaking to your direct manager and then go from there.
