Received a Receipt not belonging to an employee

Has anyone had this happen before? An employee has just received a receipt in Concur that is not him. In addition, it is not an employee.

The payment type is Cash and it is an E-Receipt

The only similarity is that they have the same last name.

@VKBerry I don't believe I've ever had this reported before. Although the name is the same, e-receipts would only come in to the profile that contains the credit card that was used.

I would report this to Concur Support as a fail safe.
