Wondering if I should enter a support ticket for this... Found out last week when a user showed me on his mobile device that this issue exists - is it known?:
On mobile device, when a receipt that is attached to an email is shared to the SAP Concur app, the receipt shows as uploaded under the Available Receipts list, but if you try to attach it to an expense report you get an error message and the receipt will not attach.
User reproduced the issue in front of me; I showed user a workaround to save the attachment to a folder on his mobile device, the upload it from within the SAP Concur app. That works fine.
I cannot reproduce the issue on my Android device as the SAP Concur app doesn't show in my list of available apps to share an attachment to. I believe the user who showed me the issue uses an iPhone.
