Reassign Approver for 20+ employees temporarily

We have a manager on maternity leave, is there any other way to redirect expense reports for her approval to another manager- besides updating over 20 employee profiles?  And then having to update them back to her once she returns, again without having to update 20+ employee profiles.  Is there a way to make this mass change?  Thank you!

Assign an Approving Delegate to the absent manager:
A delegate approves on behalf of the manager during their absence period.
It doesn't require modifying 20 individual profiles. And it can be reversed immediately, simply remove the delegate when the manager returns.

How to apply it in Concur:

1. Log in as an administrator and go to User Administration.
2. Find the manager who is on leave.
3. In their profile, locate the Expense Delegates section.
4. Add the substitute manager as an Approving Delegate.
5. Set the date range if your configuration allows it.
6. Save the changes.

When the manager returns, remove the delegate, and everything goes back.
