Good morning. I am trying to submit an expense report as a delegate. I keep encountering the following error message when I try to submit for review:
"Action: The payee must submit the report for processing. This exception will clear when the payee submits the report. The attempted submission of this report by the Preparer Delegate will trigger a system generated email overnight notifying the payee that the report should be ready for their submission. Please notify the payee if the report is not ready to be submitted."
From what I understand, the payee (person who I am acting as a delegate for) must submit the report. Is this correct? I'm having trouble understanding this error message.
