QBO Class List coming into concur

Hi there,

We are currently in Concur Setup and use Quickbooks online.  We are coming over from Expensify where we can search in the Department name by text.  This is not working in Concur and instead we are getting these huge description lists.  How can we change this?

@BCameron hello there. When you say "this isn't working" what do you mean exactly? How did you test the Department list search feature? I just went into your site and typed in the word "south" and the list filtered to show only departments with "south" in their name/description. 

If you could provide a little more detail, that would be great.

Our class list is by location and the function. We need employees to be able to search by function, e.g. "operations".  Searching by operations yields lots of things that are not operations.
