Print a copy of my expenses including postcodes

Is there a way to print out the expense reports that will allow me to include all the start and stop information as well as the dates for tax purposes?

@JohnG2026 the details that can be printed off depend on how your site was set up. I don't believe the Start and Stop or From and To fields are included in the printed report. You would need to contact your site administrator to see if they would include those fields on the Printed Report option. Dates of transactions are included by default. 

 

If you aren't sure who your site admin is, they are usually in the Finance, Accounting, HR or Payroll departments. I would also suggest asking your direct manager to see if they know.
