How to find again removed card transaction from SAP Concur?

Good morning,

I have my company card registered on SAP Concur. I have a hotel bill that I have attached to the system for a specific trip. Unfortunately, I have removed the transaction card associated to this hotel bill and I need it on SAP Concur to validate the expense. How can I find back the card transaction on SAP Concur? Is there a "trash" somewhere?

@noemie_chabot you will need to contact the person or team at your company that is in charge of Company Cards and ask them to re-release the transaction. Once you delete it, only a card administrator can restore it for you.
