Phone Allowance Questions

Can someone please verify that the phone allowance is still $45 per month?  I thought that I read that it went up to $50 per month but cannot find any documents to confirm. 

Also, I've been using the category "Mobile/ Cellular" to expense my monthly phone allowance for 5 years.  All of a sudden, the system gives me an error when I try to use that category although it's still available from the drop down list.   Can someone please advise as to which category I should be using?

I suggest reaching out to your internal Finance/Accounting department with these questions. This forum is used mainly for general help with the site, troubleshooting, and gathering ideas and opinions from other Concur users worldwide.

@ckneela hello there. Everyone's SAP Concur site is different and your company's allowances for phone allowance won't be the same as other customers. I suggest speaking with your direct manager on a the phone allowance. We here on the Community do not have access to your company's policies. 

As for the error, if you could take a screenshot of it and paste it in this thread, that would be great.
