I am trying to upload receipts

I am trying to upload my receipts and it is not allowing me to.  I have called our IT and they recommended calling your team.  I got a go to this website for the answer.  Is the attaching feature not working?

Can you please provide a screenshot of expense entry (full page) where you are trying to upload receipt. Is it giving you any error or something while uploading?

Also, can you confirm on which platform you are trying to do this? Web or mobile app?

@cfox-71 I just went into one of your expense reports and had no issue attaching a receipt. If you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be great.
