Personal car mileage issues on app

Hi, I'm trying to insert a "personal car mileage" expense trough the app (I couldn't find the option in the web version) but every time I try to create the expense it asks me for a receipt instead of asking for the start and finish points.

@ariboni that is definitely strange. Is your colleague located in the same country as you? 

I just went into your profile and looked at your current report. I clicked Add Expense and then the option to manually create the expense. In the search field I typed Pers. As you can see, Personal Car Mileage is there. Give that a try. 🙂

Hi Kevin, thanks for the reply, but I just noticed I typed down the thing wrong in the post, it's not me who's having the issue, it's one of my colleagues. The dark screen is my view, the light one is the one of my colleagues. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I'm able to insert personal car milage

@ariboni is your colleague located in the same country as you? Have they tried using the web version to see if they can see the mileage expense type as shown in my screenshot?

Yes, I tried with Her multiple times, both trough web and trough app. Yes, she is in the same country as I am.
Moreover, in the web version She doesn't even see the option for personal car mileage, she only sees it in the app.
