@onorio-neto the issue is that the Oman car rate is set up as One Rate, not Variable Rate. When it is set up as One Rate, there is no option for the user to register a car. If it is set up as a variable rate, then the user will see an option to register their car.

@zhengh35 from the User Administration screen, you can search for the employee. When you open their profile, scroll to the bottom where is says Expense and Invoice Settings. You should see some links above these fields. That is where the Personal Car option would be for you to add to their profile. However, there is an option you need to enable on the Car Configuration screen to allow Site Administrators to add a car for the user. See my screenshot. Some countries have their own car configuration, so be sure to select the car configuration for the country where this user resides.

@onorio-neto which entity are you working in? Do you have the entity ID?
