Pending HERTZ transaction

Hello, 

I have 2 pending transactions from my managers company card for HERTZ that have not posted.  Hertz claimed it is on the card company.  How long does it take for these to post?  I do not see any duplicates I have submitted or do not have access to see if any are hidden  but it will not let me submit the expense because it is still pending.

The issue may involve unsettled card charges, delayed card-feed imports, or Concur matching rules.

HERTZ rental car charges typically take 2–5 business days after final settlement to appear in Concur, but delays can occur.

Verify HERTZ settlement → Card issuer posting → Concur card-feed import → Expense matching to identify where the delay occurs.

Actions:

1. HERTZ: Confirm whether the two charges are final payments or temporary rental authorizations.
2. Card Feed: Ask your Concur Administrator to verify whether the posted charges were transmitted to Concur.
3. Concur: Allow approximately 2–5 business days after settlement for card-feed processing, although timing varies.
4. Duplicate Check: Confirm the transactions are not already included in submitted reports or hidden from the employee's view.
5. Matching Rules: Determine whether an unmatched HERTZ e-receipt or itinerary is blocking submission
6. Submission Block: If the charges have posted but remain pending in Concur, ask the Administrator to investigate the Matching Rule and card feed.

HERTZ: Finalizes the Charge  →  Card Issuer: Posts the Charge  →  SAP Concur: Receives the Charge.

I have talked to hertz, it has not been submitted by concur as a final payment.  I do not know who or how to contact my concur administrator as my ? help button leads me to this forum only.   I did confirm it has not been submitted in previous reports.
