Hello some of these transactions are almost 30 days old, what would happen if I deleted them?
@d548467 nothing happens if they are deleted. As @Serskine mentioned, if the card transactions for these items have been submitted, then delete away. For future reference, no matter what items show in your Available Expenses, the most important items that must be added to reports are company card transactions. Pretty much every other item you will see are just supplements to the card transactions and technically, not required.
