Past Expenses

Hello! - We just set up expense approvals today, with manager approval levels. I have a manager asking if they are able to acquire past expenses from his employees. Is that something he would be able to see, or will it only populate submitted expenses from today forward since it was just set up?

@dhudgens if the past expenses were not approved using Concur Expense, your manager will not be able to see those past approvals.

We have been using Concur Expense since March but just set up the approval process yesterday. He wants to know if he can see past expenses for his employees or if will only populate going forward.

@dhudgens Since he wasn't doing approvals, he wouldn't be able to see any past expenses, unless each of his direct reports made him a delegate, then he could go in as them and see their past reports.
