Solved: Re: Partial reimbursement, partial expense

Hi! My colleague used a personal cc to pay for a taxi. She only needs part of it reimbursed to her and the balance is to be "personal do not reimburse". I've itemized it parsing out what is owed to employee and what should not be reimbursed but Concur alerts are popping up saying I shouldn't mark it as "personal do not reimburse." May I ask for help please? Unsure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!

@HJ25 since it is an out of pocket expense, you can enter any amount you need. So, for the amount, only enter what is owed to your colleague. For example, my company only allows me to expense $50 for a single Taxi expense. My ride totaled $75. When I create the entry on my report, I enter $50 as the amount. I don't worry about the additional $25. Although my receipt will show $75, the amount I'm requesting is less than that and within the limit.
