PROJECT CODE blocking for further Expense posting

Greeting.

Actually, we have a question regarding Project closing, as SAP suggested only way to close the project is Remove the project code.

However, this removing means system will not show a project code in available project list. If we do so what about past reports how system reflect those project code in report if we remove.

Is there any other way to close a Project and system will retain the reports as it is.

@mtahir_1974 historical data should not be affected. Think of it this way, although something is deleted from your site, it is saved into a database "behind the scenes". 🙂
