Outstanding Credit Card Transactions

I had an email from sap concur this morning and not sure what to do at the moment, I'll explain a little bit

a month ago I had this transaction refunded on AMEX card

 

It seems like refund was 0.04 dollars difference

today I received an email that says I must submit a report to adhere to travel policy

when trying to submit the report, I receive this error on sap concur website

Now I have two questions what should I do now, and if I wait until 24 October to submit report would there be any negative consequences on Siemens?

@fadiassem Hello!  Thank you for reaching out 🙂  Unfortunately we would not be able to say if this will have a negative impact for Siemens.  I would suggest reaching out to your SAP Concur Admin. I can send you the contact in a private message.
