No Receipt Error even though receipt is uploaded

I am getting the following error when trying to submit my expenses: 

I’ve uploaded the receipts directly with the individual expenses, attached them as screen shots, taken a photo, used expense-it and get this error everytime and cannot submit my expense report. This is happening on Mobile and on the desktop version. The receipts are there on both platforms but the error is still there. I’ve deleted the report and started a new one and still the same. I’m out of ideas. Anyone have any tips?

@shawn200m okay, I took a look at your expense report and there was an oversight made by someone where they made the Receipt Status field required, but then set the field to Hidden for users.

It seems that others in my group have had this error pop up but by either logging out or deleting the expenses and re-adding them have had the issue resolved. I’ve tried all of those options several times and continue to be unable to clear the error. Seems it’s not a company wide issue and is only impacting my account.

we are getting the same error, how to resolve the same, can you please provide the steps for the same.
