I did Kevin, but the issue with the older expenses was that they were credits. I haven't ever had to process a credit and one dated back to January 2022. So I wasn't sure how to process it in all honesty and struggled to navigate my way around Concur.
Myself and the lads I work with have never has any form of training and we are "self taught" we know how to process the expenses to clear the company credit card and see that as the most important side of things.
