Blank page when trying to add new expense in the Mobile (iphone) app.

Sometime in mid December My SAP Concur mobile app began exhibiting a problem when attempting to add a new expense.. selecting "+" --> "New Expense" results in a blank white screen with no list of expenses to select from.  I have tried deleting & Reinstalling the SAP App. I even tried it on a completely new Iphone and I get the same result.

Any suggestions?

@lodcomm me again. Our mobile team said a hot fix was deployed and that what you experienced was a known issue. The app should be working now, so be sure the version says the number I previously posted.

I am on 10.27.1.xxxx   How do I force the app to update?  If I go to the App store it simply gives me the option to "open".  When the app opens it is on 10.27.1.xxx

 

UPDATE:  I simply deleted, and re-installed the application.  I am updated to 10.27.3.XXX - All is working properly now.

@lodcomm I just went into the mobile app and was able to see the list of expense types to choose. Did you check to make sure you were on the latest version of the app? Are you on the latest version of the iOS?

Hi Kevin,

 

Thanks for the feedback.  As I stated in my original post: I have attempted to delete and reinstall the app. I even installed the app on a completely separate Iphone  - I am on the latest version of the Concur app (as it would be the latest via the delete/reinstall & Completely fresh install on new Iphone 17).  Both phones are on the latest/current IOS.

@lodcomm I'm reaching out to our mobile team. I know my app just updated yesterday, so can you double-check that your app version says 10.27.3.2601082001. To do this press your initials on the mobile home screen then select Settings. Scroll down a bit and under General you will see the Version.
