Need help w/pending card transaction from old Amex corp card

My leader has pending card transaction that is almost 30 days old. I tried the help desk and p2p and no one can help. I believe the issue is that he has 2 corp cards and the new one is linked and the old is no longer. 

 

Can we anyone help assign this expense so it flows thru to Concur?

@blf1965 hello there. So, in looking at the transaction, its status show as User Hidden which means someone deleted the transaction. Good news is, I have two names of people that are Company Card Administrators that can release the transaction. I will send their names in a private message here on the Community.
