Hi All,
A large part of the work that I do involves researching transactions on user's accounts by proxying in and looking at multiple card transactions. Before the new interface, it was simple to toggle back and forth between reports and card transactions. Now, when I want to get back to the Card Transactions, I have to go back to Manage Expenses (because the expense menu isn't available when you're in a report, you have to go back to either Expense or Manage Expenses to see it.)
I then have to select Card Transactions again and reset the transaction date parameters again if I want to search for another card transaction. The Report Library view also resets now because of this. It's making what was already a bit of a tedious process even more tedious. I generally am happy with the updates to the interface, but this is a step backwards in my experience with it.
If anyone has any tips for easier navigation, that would be helpful.
@coberndorf when you open the report and click on expense to view the details, look up by the expense type and amount. You should now see two arrows; the right arrow allows you to view the next entry on the report and the left arrow allows you to go back to the previous entry. No need for toggling.

@coberndorf going back and forth between different reports hasn't really been an easy option for as long as I've worked at SAP Concur. However, if you have access to the Processor screen, that is the only way you can go from one user's report to another user's report.
I gave the suggestion that I did because your screenshot showed a single expense report so I thought you wanted to easily go from one expense to the other within the same report. 🙂
