Hello,
I took a work trip about a month ago and used the company card linked to my Concur on about five purchases. For some reason, only one purchase is showing up. I've waited longer than usual to put in my expense report hoping those would show up, and it even took the one purchase now showing until about last week to appear. I clicked "Retrieve Receipts" and nothing else from the past 60 days is showing up. I saved my receipts and confirmed they were purchased with the card on file. What do I need to do to retrieve the other expenses and file my report?
