Missing expenses

I have not received any transaction from late December until now, there are roughly 50 expenses that dmy available expenses in SAP Concur

 

It's been three weeks now that I have stopped receiving any transactions under "available expenses in SAP concur". All the transactions (40+) have shown up on my credit card but fail to automatically upload onto an expensive report/ available expenses.

 

What can be done to quickly resolve this issue?

@leolam what is the date range of these missing expenses? I'm asking because I see two or three expense reports from December with many transactions on them. The date range of these transactions goes from late November to December 31. Are you sure you haven't already submitted the transactions you believe to be missing? 

 

I also did a search for hidden transactions for your card and there aren't any.

Thank you for reaching out, I am certain that they have not been submitted. 

 

The transactions from ~30th December onwards is when the problems began, and even today I have not received any expenses that has been charged through.
