Mileage calculator not functioning

When I open the mileage calculator, I get this message:

"Unable to display map

Please enable functional cookies to view this map."

This happens for me and my two bosses.

For the error “Unable to display map – Please enable functional cookies to view this map” indicates that the SAP Concur Mileage Calculator cannot load its map because required cookies or related browser permissions may be blocked.

This error could be a cookie-consent or map-loading issue.

Recommend:

1. Open SAP Concur's Cookie Preferences and enable Functional Cookies, if available.
2. Allow third-party cookies and disable tracking protection or browser extensions temporarily for testing.
3. Clear SAP Concur site cookies, sign in again and retry.
4. Test using another supported browser. Since three users are affected, ask your IT team to check organization-wide browser policies, cookie restrictions, and network filtering.

If the issue persists, open a Support Case and provide all the details of the error.

Some SAP Concur Expense customers are experiencing issues with Mileage Calculator not loading in Edge. As a workaround, affected users can use Google Chrome or SAP concur mobile app for mileage calculator.
