Hello,
I am exploring it now before I approach my colleague with the idea of rolling it out company wide. I like the receipt feature as many people take screenshots of online purchases. I tested this and it quickly uploaded to my expenses.
It's new for my IT department as well, so far this is the only issue I am facing with the prompts. I'm not sure if my IT team needs to investigate this or if there's a setting within my Concur profile that I need to adjust. The other prompts like looking at my expense report work fine.
If anyone has feedback on how to best use this feature and others, I would appreciate it!
@lwelsh if you haven't yet, I suggest posting this in the Admin and Champions groups. You are more likely to get responses in those groups. 🙂
