Manually added cities can't be found on ExpenseIt

I manually added a city using an alternative spelling because users were having trouble finding it as it's written in Concur. However, it doesn't seem to be working in Concur ExpenseIt. Did I do something wrong, and have you ever encountered a situation like this before?

Hello Kevin,

Our company is based on a city written as such : "Saint-something". Your partner providing city names provides "St something" : with a space instead of hyphen & with St instead of Saint. Hundreds of users are struggling to find our city. I tested 2 minutes ago and i can't even find it typing the exact way it is provided in your system : "St something". I would like them to be able to find it if they type "Saint-something", "St-something" and both without the hyphen too.
