Dear all,
We are using Professional edition with SAP S4 HANA cloud version in the back-end. We already have 1 company code from China existing and want to add another company code from China. I would like to know manual activities (other than master data interface jobs) involved for adding the new company code, in Concur that would be needed to be executed by me (Concur IT support team).
Thanks in advance,
Sudhakar

Hi @subali ,
Without list management we cannot configure org structure in Concur. You might not be seeing any record under import/extract monitor bcz your company might be using ICS integration or API method for import. In such cases, system doesn't show any record under import/extract.
Or possible that earlier list could have manually created.
If you don't have unrestricted role, then you can check this internally with Company Concur Administrator.
If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

Hi @subali ,
To add new company code in existing org structure you need to do below manual activity:
Role required - Concur Expense Administrator (Restricted)
1. Go to List management >> Find of Org structure list created for your company, which is currently in use. Double click to open and add new company code under China folder. Sample screenshot below:
2. This way you can update entire company 2 structure manually or send it through interface if it is currently in place.
Once org structure list is update, it will reflect everywhere where it is connected. Example, you can update/import employee profiles with new company code 2, user can submit expense reports for new company code 2 etc.
Note - Assuming that company 2 will have some policy requirement as company 1. If company 2 has different policy requirements then it may require other configuration changes.

Thank you very much @PoojaKumatkar, for the response. We intend to use same expense policy for the new company code also. Currently, i don't have unrestricted admin access. When i check the Import/Extract Monitor > List, i see no any record in Run Details even though the job runs daily. I think we are not using this List management feature.
Regards,
Sudhakar
