Hi.  I am having a great deal of difficulty logging in to SAP Concur at my current workplace. Despite having tried to resolve the issue using help pages I am still in the same situation. How do I contact my local administrator, I am based in the West Midlands region of the UK?

Could you please confirm whether you are a new user attempting to log in for the first time, or an existing user?

Additionally, may I know if your company uses a login ID and password or Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the application?

Hi @Gurnam ,

As you are an existing user, can you please confirm whether you were able to login earlier using login id , password and 2 factor authentication? 
My understanding is that your company is not using SSO is that correct? 
Can you please enter your login id , click next and share screenshot of page. I want to see what options are available on screen. 

I am also sharing user guide for your further easy reference purposes. In case if you are not able to login with your new password then I would suggest you use "forgot password" option.

In case if you are facing difficulty with 2FA authentication then you can reset 2FA. You can refer to the page 31 to 33 for the same from below document.

@Gurnam I know my colleague @asansolo has sent you a private message, but two things I should mention:

1. We highly suggest never posting your password

2. In 2024 we set up the system to not allow Welcome to be part of anyone's password.
