Line Manager Change

I am unable to change my line manager in the system to update to my new role.  The space is grayed out. There is no indication on the website on who the site administrator is to help correct the issue and the IT department says that it has to be done through the SAP Concur company.

Hi @kaylemay ,

 

Let's take Kevin's help here. Once you receive admin details, you can reach out to them and request to update line manager in your Concur profile after which system will allow you to submit the report. 

@KevinD  - Can you please share Concur Administrator details.

@kaylemay I cannot find anyone with the correct permissions. I would suggest calling your company's travel agency to see if they can assist. They should be able to tell you who at your company can make updates to approvers.
