Issues with Intelligence/Cognos 11 and Query Studio

I have a currently Open ticket (21226747) but wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone else has run into this.  Query Studio is only available in Firefox.  I log in through our SSO to Concur, mouse over reporting and click intelligence.  I receive this error DPR-ERR-2107 The User Capabilities Cache cookie cannot be decoded.  I have to clear my cookies and cache every time I let the intelligence window time out.  It runs just fine in other browsers, it is something Firefox specific.  

I was trying to figure out if it is related to a setting or something maybe that I don't have control over.  I see the clear advantage of putting the query together in Query studio, but at this point I can't even get into cognos/Intelligence to get to the Query Studio.

Were you ever able to find a solution to this? I'm having the exact same issue and it's extremely frustrating because I'm required to use Firefox if I want to edit any queries in Concur Intelligence. Otherwise for all other Concur needs, I use Chrome as that is our default browser

@eracan there is no solution. This has been a long standing issue we have faced since Cognos was not developed by SAP Concur. We don't have a solution because as I understand it, the developing company hasn't made it compatible.

I understand and accept that SAP Concur cannot implement a solution to Cognos having issues with Firefox, if SAP Cognos was not developed by SAP Concur. However, SAP Concur actively chooses to use Cognos and I would further understand not having a solution if the problem only just started occurring, but this problem has been around for years and Firefox is the ONLY internet browser you can edit queries in. This is a product that SAP Concur sells to users, but SAP Concur doesn't have control over and also does not put pressure on the Cognos developer to provide a solution for. 

I cannot tell you how many times and how frustrating it is to be making changes to a query, only to find out that even though I've actively been using the page, that my session has "timed out" and therefore none of the changes I've made have saved. Any other website would allow me to at least log back in on the same page so that I won't lose any progress. However, since I'm required to delete all cookies and cache, I then lose all information from unsaved queries. I've wasted countless hours redoing work on a product that we pay for. 

Without SAP Concur doing heavy push back on the developers of Cognos to solve this issue, then it leads me to look elsewhere for our expense reporting needs
