With the Intelligent Audit tool, i understand that exceptions are routed to a Concur specialist audit team for review. Is it possible for exceptions to route to our own company's audit team instead and not utilise the external auditors?
Also for expense rejections - can tool be configured such that rejections do not immediately reject to employee but route to our internal audit team first?
