Incorrect Mileage Rates for Personal Electric Car

The rates set by the system show a mileage rate of 4p per mile for a personal electric car.

This is incorrect - the AMAP rate is 45p per mile (same as petrol/diesel)

The 4p rate for an EV is for a company car.

How can I have this corrected? It's not possible to run an EV for 4p per mile including  wear/tear not to mention the cost of using fast chargers!

I'm still seeing this as an issue. We are currently reimbursed at 7p per mile (the current rate for EV fuel allowance on company cars) for EV use, which is incorrect for personal vehicle milage. As Steve said in his original post, the correct rate is 45p as the personal vehicle mileage rate is not fuel dependant. How do I arrange for this to be corrected and back dated? Thanks

@garyjs do you have Admin rights in your Concur site? If so, you can update the rate using the Car Configuration option. Let me know if you do not have access to this. 

Also, I don't think it can be back dated. But if employees were not reimbursed the correct amount, you could have them submit a new expense report that would use the new rate to make up for the difference.
