Import File 305 - Automate Updates/Term/New Hire profile creation

I was previously advised that sending Concur the 305 file would automate any changes in approver, cost center, division as well as remove access for termed employees and create new profiles for New Hires. Is anyone else using this file to do this? Is there anything more involved than our IT team to grab the necessary fields from our internal system to create the 305 file? Thanks.
