I am set as Authorized Support Contact but get error when I use "Contact Support" menu

I've been set up in Concur Expense as an Authorized support contact, but when I attempt to use the Help Menu option "Contact Support" - I'm given an error message "We apologize, an error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later"  I've tried again later (days and weeks later) and still receive the error.    The URL to the error I'm receiving is https://sapconcur.my.salesforce-sites.com/scpublic/SSOError?ErrorCode=18&ErrorDescription=Invalid+ac...

 

Is there some other setting needed besides flagging my concur account as an Authorized Support Contact?

Hello @cmullinsny ,

 

 

Due to the specific "Invalid account" error, my main suspicion is that your user account exists in Concur but has not been properly created or synchronized in the Salesforce Support Portal.

You can try the following options to access Contact Support:

  • If there is another Authorized Support Contact (ASC) in your organization who can access the Support Portal, they can open a support case on your behalf and ask SAP Concur Support to review your Support Portal account.
