I am getting an error message when trying to input my bank account details to setup my account. Help

@CSWORN the message really isn't helping to know which field(s) need correction. I'm just guessing but maybe try removing "Miss" from the Full Legal Name field. 

 

When you click Save, did the Full Legal Name, Building Number, Town, Locality and Postal Code fields turn blue or were they blue before you clicked Save?

Hi @KevinD None of the boxes turn blue as the error message appears when i hit save. Is this a configuration error? Out US colleagues set up my account so not sure if it isnt recognising that i am in the UK..? Ive also removed Miss and the same error message appears.

@CSWORN I checked your profile and you are set up as a UK employee with GBP as your reimbursement currency. Try removing anything in a non-required field (Building Number and Locality). Also, maybe try entering the sort code using dashes, like this: xx-xx-xx. Lastly, enter the bank name as Hsbc Bank plc.

Thank you. I have tried to complete all other profile pages and removed text in the fields you suggest and still getting the same. Strange.

@CSWORN that is very odd. I know this is a long shot, but maybe try signing in using a different browser. If that doesn't work, you are going to have to get a help ticket submitted. This would need to be done by your company's site administrator or whomever set up your profile.
