How to reset users passwords

Hi, 

I've been an admin for a while but only ever extracted expense reports but now our other admin user has left the company and i don't know how to reset other users passwords or even know if this can be done.  Our CEO is trying to log into his account but is receiving an  error messages user name or password is invalid.  To save time can i reset his password?

@JulietC1972 you absolutely can. In fact, your CEO and all users can reset their own passwords. 

Looks like you are on a Standard configuration. Here is what you do:

1. From the SAP Concur home page, mouse over Administration and select Expense Settings.

2. Click Edit in the User Accounts section.

3. Search for the CEO.

4. Click CEO's last name to open his/her profile. 

5. Scroll down to the Password field and enter the new password.

6. Confirm the password.

7. Click Save.

That should do it.
