How to link claim to travel reservation

I have a hotel claim

but it says that I need to 

link it to my travel reservation

how, where do I click?

it says please import trips but where? (image altered to cover numbers)

@jose_gomez the message or exception as we call it, is a warning/reminder and will not prevent report submission. 

Did you book your hotel using Concur Travel? If so, you should see a little bed icon in the Available Expenses, but since I don't see one in your screenshot, I think maybe you didn't?

I did not make this booking, someone else did

seems 2 issues, one I need a comment on the comment box, two I need to add items per night, but can not add items in the future despite the fact that I payed my hotel on the first night

It seems I need to wait until the end of my trip to submit this

can not disclose a solution since this still is ongoing, I will post later

2 wait until the trip is over to submit all days
