How to force a refresh of personal credit card transaction without updating credentials?

I added personal expense credit cards months ago.  some of the transactions come in.

If i look at transactions today, the latest imported transaction is from 1 week ago.  New transactions will not come in unless i go to settings and update credentials and go through the add credit card process again.

How do i just refresh and load in the most recent transactions from already linked cards without linking them or updating the credentials?

waiting does not work

Thank you

@Banansys if you sign in to your profile, then go to Expense>Manage Expenses this will take you to your Manage Expenses screen. Look to see if there is a Refresh Card Transactions option next to Manage Expense.

Let me know if you see this option or not.

Hi @KevinD , thank you, that sounded promising.

If i go to expenses\manage expenses i don't see anything to "refresh card transactions".
Can you send a screenshot showing this in your concur?  I don't see it in the image you shared so i don't think it actually exists

@Banansys do you stay signed in to your Concur profile for long periods of time? I'm asking because another way you are supposed to get refreshed transactions is by signing in to your profile. The act of signing in sends a ping to the bank to fetch new transactions, however this isn't instantaneous. You have to give it a few minutes, then refresh the page.

Have you tried signing out then back in?

Thank you,
