How do I see fund and org numbers in the APP, not ...

In the APP under reports, I only see the titles of fund and org. I need to see the numbers as well.

@kdpowell2 could you provide a screenshot, please? Not everyone uses Fund and Org so this is specific to your company, so I need to see what you are seeing/not seeing.
