How can I know who the Administrator of Concur Expense is to be removed as delegate of an exemployee

I am delegate of some ex-employees, and I need those names to be removed from my list in CONCUR EXPENSE.

What's the name of the Administrator in Concur Expense who would be able to erase those names?

Then go to Delegate For to delete your desired entries: https://help.sap.com/docs/CONCUR_EXPENSE/cd24ad794821491e8f65f76f61dffcc6/c42c525051c31015b809d2c9cd... 

Separately, ex-employees should also be deactivated promptly as a best practice.
