HR Manager Missing in Concur Approvals

Hi Colleagues,

I hope someone can help me out with this.

I've created quite a few Concur expense reports in the past.

However, for the first time ever, I can't select my HR Manager as an approver.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? It's new to our HR Manager as well.

@Heike when you say "can't select HR Manager" is it because you aren't given an option to search for and select them or is it because when you type in the Search field for their name, it doesn't come up? To better assist you, I need to know these few other details.

Hi Kevin,

when I type in the Search field for their name, it doesn't come up. My direct manager also cannot be found. I've also noticed that 'US2' is displayed under 'Service Status,' but we are in the EU region. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
