Full list of available cost centers not showing in dropdown

Hi!

Wondering if anyone has experience with this issue. Everything has been working well but yesterday, we got complaints from users unable to find the cost centers they want to use in the drop down list on the expense entry page. I tested and noticed the list is showing only a few results which are the Do not use cost centers from our system

In List management I can see all the available cost centers.

You could try typing the cost center code in the dropdown. This will filter it and let you check if it loads in the dropdown, even if it doesn’t initially appear in the list.
