Export expenses to Excel -

When I export expenses to Excel, certain banks tend to put the entire report on one continuous line, not separating the individual lines. There is probably an easy fix, considering some banks come across correctly. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to fix it?

@dhudgens where are you downloading the expenses from? Which screen are you doing this in? 

I'm unclear about the phrase, "some banks come across correctly". Come across where?

From the Payment Manager screen, where you download files. Once I do this and open the file in Excel, the content is messed up for certain bank credit cards. Some come across correctly and others export into Excel in one entire line.

@dhudgens I downloaded a couple of the files. After I unzip the file, I see two .csv files. When I open them up, everything looks good to me. To be fair, my .csv files open as a Numbers document. I'm not sure if that matters too much, but it all looks nice and tidy to me. 

Are you converting the file into a .xls or just opening the .csv with Excel?

I'm opening the .csv file with Excel. Some of the larger files become an issue because I have to reconfigure the entire file once it's in Excel. I was wondering it there's a quick fix instead of cutting and pasting to separate the lines.
