Expenses supression

Hi,

I experimented supression of 2 expense reports following multiple Approver's Comments. I can't find these reports anywhere. 

Can expense reports disappear after a certain time in the system ? How can I recover these reports ? I have the report names & id if it can be useful.

@RomainR unless a user deletes a report it doesn't disappear. It is important to note that reports that are in a submitted or paid status cannot be deleted. 

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by "experimented suppression". Can you clarify for me?

To be more precise, these two reports were submitted (in my compagny, we have a first ZenAI review), and comment were done by someone (not my manager or someone I know) who asked me to do changes (itemization or not itemization ). This was done at least 3 times, and every time, It comes back to me. But when I connect myself to check and finalize theses reports, it weren't here. So these reports haven't be validated yet and I can't find them.

We have some changes in my compagny recently, but when I contact my IT colleagues, they tell me that CONCUR didn't migrate to our new compagny environnent yet, so it definitively don't comes from this. 

I don't know how to move from this, I have id & name report but I don't know who I can contact to have a solution.

@RomainR could you send me the name of the expense reports, if you remember them? Also, if you know who the employee is that these reports are for, can you send me their name in a private message, please? 

I'd like to take a look. The reports have to be some where. 🙂
