Expense module completely disappeared

On both the desktop and mobile app versions, the expense module has disappeared.

make sure that the Expense User permission is assigned to your profile

Concur Expense User is assigned to my profile.  Issue appears with all employees.

@CraigFergusson since all users are affected, you should submit a Help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into it.

Do you have to have paid support in order to submit a help ticket to Concur Support?

Hello @CraigFergusson ,

 

Do you have the “Authorized Support Contact” role in your profile to manage incidents on the Contact Support website?

 

 

If so, open a ticket. For a case like the one you describe, it shouldn’t be necessary. I open tickets quite regularly, and we don’t have to pay anything for this type of request, it’s included in our contract.
